Black Golf Directory partners with grassroots junior golf programs to launch three new and exciting BGD Empowerment Academies nationwide!

This academy is designed to support and motivate adolescents of color who want to learn golf and take their self-confidence to the next level! 
The BGD Empowerment Academy uses golf as a vehicle to provide a framework for the youth to develop their mental, physical, and emotional skills. 
Group exercises, expert-led discussions, journaling, and interaction with black LPGA/PGA Professionals and specialists help them discover their unique strengths and true potential.

Twenty-four participants receive a scholarship to participate in each event.
