The accomplishment I am most proud of is identifying talented women professionals to assume non-traditional leadership roles in the golf industry. As a Regional Director for American Golf Corporation for 10 years and in my current position as Director of Operations for Signet Golf Associates I have hired many women as General Managers of golf courses in the Midwest.
